Links is an exciting new style
of service delivery by Murray Human Services which embraces
the State Disability Plan 2002-2012.

• One Person – One Plan
Links supports individuals
to take full control of their life direction and what they
want to do in their community / town. Links helps you get a group
of people together called a Circle of Support.
Links and your Circle
of support will then help you to have a go at things that
you want to do.

To Volunteer Page> to help you do some of these things.
You will be introduced to volunteers who share the same interests as you and
will be able to support you as a friend.
this is a program that will be run
one day a week to help people to move across to LINKS.
Pre-links
works through the “About Me Book” which helps to
find out what you like and the important people in your life.
